What should you know about me? Well, I'm a pretty low-key, jeans & flip flop wearing, tv show binging, red wine drinking kind of girl. I'm passionate about three things: family, adventure and sleep! Nothing brings me more joy then exploring and sharing the wonders of the world with my husband and kids.

We fancy ourselves adventurers, having hiked, biked, camped, rock climbed and zip-lined our way across the USA. We've completed ropes courses high in the tree tops, white water rafted (3x!), kayaked (lakes, caves and rivers) and surfed (or tried to!). We have also spent hours losing ourselves in history museums and art galleries and are always looking forward to our next adventure!

Where can you find me? Anywhere and everywhere with my crew in tow, maybe in the background of your favorite show, or perhaps fast asleep under a pile of weighted, electric and down blankets - two pillows over my head!

All this to say, I can't wait to capture your wedding adventure!

Hello! My name is April Terry, and I am your associate photographer (a.k.a. second shooter!) I will give you a hug over a handshake and a smile over a frown. The Lord blessed me with a wonderful husband and one awesome kiddo that you can’t help but adore. 

Photography has been apart of my life since I was the wee age of 12. Sixteen is when I truly knew photography would be with me for the rest of my life. Canon is the brand of choice, but you can also catch me practicing my craft with my iPhone, film and polaroid cameras. My local film developing place says, “Hey April” when I walk in. My work has been published in magazines and on billboards. If I’m not photographing someone or something, you can catch me knitting sweaters, hula hooping, or listening to some vinyl with the family.

Working with Grace is such a joy, and having us together photographing your beautiful day will only make your day less stressful!
